Shipping

Physical made-to-order items have an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days total, including production and shipping. International orders may take longer due to customs or carrier delays.

Eligible standard flat rates are US$10 for the United States and Canada, and US$20 for the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Japan, and other eligible international destinations.

Eligible orders totaling US$100 or more after discounts receive free standard shipping. Express shipping costs extra.

Digital products are delivered digitally and do not ship.

Customs fees or duties may be customer-paid.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Apparel must be unworn with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Personalized and special-order items, digital products, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

For approved change-of-mind returns, we cover return postage for requests made within days 1–4 after delivery. Customers pay return postage for requests made within days 5–14, including international returns.
