Membership Cancellation Policy

Trial

Your membership starts with a 7-day trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged the monthly membership fee.

Monthly renewal

After the trial, your membership renews automatically every month and is charged to your payment method on file on your renewal date.

Cancel anytime

There’s no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting us at dee@thewindowsill.store, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.

When you cancel

All membership perks end immediately once your cancellation is processed. They won’t remain active for the rest of the billing period.
