Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Windowsill By Dee! Because all of our products are custom made-to-order, please allow a little extra time for your order to be crafted with care.

Estimated Delivery

Made-to-order products have an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days total, including production and shipping. International orders may take longer because of customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs:

Domestic Standard shipping is $10 for eligible products.  Domestic Express is $20 when available. A separate free-shipping promotion may be available on eligible orders of $100 or more, subject to its offer terms. Rates and options vary by product and destination; checkout shows the options available for your order.

Please Note

• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun
• International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
