Physical made-to-order items have an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days total, including production and shipping. International orders may take longer due to customs or carrier delays. Rates and options vary by product and destination; checkout shows what's available. Digital products are delivered digitally and don't ship. A free-shipping promotion may apply to eligible orders of $100 or more, subject to its offer terms.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging; apparel must be unworn with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Personalized and special-order items, digital products, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for return. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Danni.Dee.8Me@gmail.com so we can review it.
